I'm a complete nerd about beverages, bitters and booze. I contemplate flavor combinations in my dreams and, ever questing for new inventions, I concoct drinks in my free time. This passion is complemented by a deeply rooted belief that fresh, seasonal and local ingredients result in the most flavorful and aromatic culinary experiences in cocktails as well as food.

I've spent the last two decades in the hospitality industry crafting delicious drinks and a welcoming, inclusive experience that's tailored to each guest.

My talents were honed at fine Portland establishments including Tastebud, Afuri, Raven & Rose, Bamboo Sushi and Scholar, and I've consulted on bar projects for Obon and Han Oak.
